    Abstract: An improved bobbin and cover assembly for use in the manufacture of an electrical solenoid includes internal centering lugs for the hollow core bobbin which position the solenoid core. Ridges are integrally molded in the end flange of the bobbin and cover for cooperation with a solenoid field assembly to provide insulation of the field assembly from the leads and to provide for centering of the field assembly.
