    Abstract: Disclosed herein is mouth guard including a structural component having an arch portion including pre-formed tooth-receiving indentations; and a conforming component supported by the structural component and being displaceable between the teeth of a wearer and the tooth-receiving indentations only when at or above a threshold temperature. Also disclosed is a computer-implemented method for recommending a mouth guard, and a computer-implemented method for determining bite dimensions for each of a plurality of mouth guards.
