  • Patent number: 11835128
Abstract: In a process for the adjustment of backlash between a pinon (20) and a rack (10) in a rack-pinion drive, a motor-gearbox assembly (30) including a motor and a gearbox is supported on a carrier (40) via a positioning mechanism (42) for precisely positioning the assembly (30) in a radial position relative to the rack (10). In the process, the assembly (30) is positioned in a first radial distance relative to the rack (10), using the positioning mechanism (42) and a first circumferential backlash between the pinon (20) and the rack (10) is determined at a first position of the pinion (20) along the rack (10), based on measurements taken on an input side of the gearbox.

  • Patent number: 11590553
Abstract: A centering device (1) for centering flat workpieces (700-706) comprises a centering station (100) having at least a first and a second gripping device (300, 301) for gripping the workpiece (700-706), and conveying means for conveying workpieces (700-706) in a conveying direction to the centering station (100). The first and the second gripping device (300, 301) can each be moved horizontally by a first and a second guiding device (200, 201), respectively, and the first and the second gripping device (300, 301) can rotate freely about an axis.

  • Patent number: 11358810
Abstract: Tooling (100) for picking up two-dimensional workpieces comprises a main body (110) and a plurality of holding elements (131, 132) arranged on the main body (110), wherein the holding elements (131, 132) are movable relative to the main body (110) independently of one another. Each of the holding elements (131, 132) is fastened in an end region of an arm (121.1 . . . 10, 122.1 . . . 10). The arms (121, 122) are movable passively relative to the main body (110) along a linear movement path in a longitudinal extension of each particular arm (121, 122). The tooling (100) comprises, for each of the arms (121, 122) a fixing apparatus, by means of which a position of each particular arm (121, 122) along the movement path is fixable. On account of its passive character, the tooling (100) according to the invention is lightweight and can be produced cost-effectively.

  • Patent number: 6220174
Abstract: A guidance system with a truck guided on a rail (1) has available laterally arranged guiding surfaces (2.1, 2.2) for guide rollers of the truck. A rack (4) is preferably constructed on the rail (1) such that a dividing line (6) of a gearing (5) of the rack (4) constantly runs through a median perpendicular (7) of the cross-section of the rail (1). Each truck has, for example, two wheel frames. The wheel frames are preferably so constructed that the swivel axis (22) runs through a power application point (14) of the dividing line (6). The guiding elements form a three-point guidance system.
