Abstract: Systems and methods for cyber risk analysis and remediation using network monitored sensors are provided herein. An example system includes one or more data collecting devices deployed within a network that collect entity information and monitor network traffic of the network that is related to security information. The network includes computing systems that are subject to a cyber risk policy having breach parameters defining one or more events that are indicative of a cyber security breach. A cyber security risk assessment and management system is used to automatically detect occurrence of one or more of the events that are indicative of a cyber security breach, automatically determine the breach parameters that apply for the one or more events that occurred, and generates a remediation of cyber security parameters for the network.

Abstract: A method and a system for assessing hazard risks associated with geographical locations are provided. The server receives information associated with a geographical location from a user device. The server identifies a hazard associated with the geographical location based on the historical hazard data. The server retrieves one or more files associated with the hazard. The server determines a first risk score for the geographical location based on at least the one or more files or a first set of rules associated with the hazard. The server determines a second risk score for the geographical location based on at least the one or more files or a second set of rules associated with the hazard. The server determines the second risk score when a criterion associated with the hazard is met. The server communicates at least one of the first risk score or the second risk score to a user.

To facilitate revisions to the policy, the computing system (201) provides an opportunity (202) to revise an insurance policy and recalls (203) the currently legally-binding insurance policy. Since the legally-binding insurance policy is a read-only document, the computing system (201) uses the legally-binding policy to generate an editable version that is a complete copy of the legally-binding policy. Once the editable version of the insurance policy has been generated, the input revisions can be incorporated into the policy and then, the revised version of the insurance policy is saved as a read-only, now-current version of the insurance policy. The new legally-binding insurance policy has a new creation and effective dates of the various policy elements.
