Abstract: An absolute position measuring device suitable for wide-angle range measurement and providing the advantages of high precision, high resolution, and easy data processing. The measuring device comprises a disk capacitive sensor, a measurement signal processing unit, a data processing unit, and a display unit. The disk capacitive sensor comprises a rough division sensor and a fine division sensor. The pitch point value of the fine division sensor is at least two times higher than two resolutions of the rough division sensor. The rough division sensor and the fine division sensor have the same zero position. The grids of the two rough division and fine division sensors are independent to each other, are free of electric coherence, and are fixed relatively to each other. The grid has an exclusive absolute displacement value within a single pitch measurement range.
Abstract: An electronic measuring device for measuring and displaying a linear displacement of a horizontal screw mechanism, the device comprising: a gravity acceleration sensor adapted for measuring an angle of rotation value of a horizontal rotational shaft of a screw mechanism; a data processing unit for converting the angle of rotation value into a linear displacement value according to characteristics of the linear screw mechanism; and a digital display unit for displaying the linear displacement value; in which the gravity acceleration sensor, the data processing unit, and the digital display unit are electronically or electrically connected.
Abstract: Taught herein is a portable digital horizontal inclinometer which utilizes magnetic field to dampen the free swing of the pendulum. The inclinometer features simple structure, small size, high sensitivity, good linearity, high precision, and strong anti-jamming capability. It is also easy to manufacture and provide fast and accurate reading over a wide range of inclination angles of up to 360° .
