  • Patent number: 8455108
Abstract: A microwave cooking tray includes pop-up legs. The microwave cooking tray is formed from a blank including a main panel, at least two leg portions, each leg portion having a first panel connected to the main panel by a first fold line, a second panel connected to the first panel by a second fold line, and a third panel connected to the second panel by a third fold line, and an aperture located on each of the first fold line between the main panel and each of the first panels. When assembled each of the third panels lies flat against an underside of the main panel, such that each of the third panels reinforces the main panel, and the first panel and second panel extend downward from the underside of the main panel to form triangular legs resting on an edge.

  • Publication number: 20080000932
Abstract: A bottle formed of a food-grade plastic material, such as clear polyethylene terephthalate, may include a frustoconical neck portion, a shoulder region, a base region, and a sidewall portion have opposed grip-enhancing surfaces, and elastically deformable pressure panels. A cap for the container may include a valve to control product leakage, and may be sized to allow inversion of the bottle. A generally trapezoidal tab of the cap may be moveable between a closed position covering a cap orifice and an open position outside the plane of the cap.

  • Patent number: 6349860
Abstract: A dispensing cap for a container includes an internally screw-threaded skirt adapted to be screwed onto the externally threaded neck of the container. A transverse wall extends across the upper end of the skirt and includes a discharge hole extending coaxially with a center axis of the skirt. An annular abutment surface extends coaxially with the axis and is spaced downwardly from the transverse wall for abutting against a container rim. A tubular wall extends downwardly from a bottom surface of the transverse wall coaxially with the center axis for defining a downward extension of the discharge hole. The tubular wall is spaced radially inwardly of the abutment surface, whereby an annular serum trap is formed completely around the tubular wall and above the abutment surface.

  • Patent number: 5540263
Abstract: The production of hot soup from soup concentrate involves the use of an apparatus that includes a housing having a refrigerated first section and a second section. A soup concentrate container is positioned within the refrigerated section for receiving soup concentrate and a discharge device is operatively associated with the soup concentrate container for discharging a predetermined amount of soup concentrate from the soup concentrate container. A nozzle which is adapted to be connected to a source of hot water is positioned in the second section of the housing for producing a stream of water. A movable tray is also positioned in the second section for receiving a cup or the like in which is to be mixed hot water and soup concentrate. A tray driving device is connected to the tray for moving the tray between various positions at which a cup is placed on the tray, soup concentrate is discharged into the cup and hot water is dispensed into the cup.
