Patent number: 7265068Abstract: Provided is a light-shielding sheet comprising a light-shielding material made of a white film having a light transmission of not more than 50% and a reinforcement made of a textile fabric or a nonwoven fabric. Preferred is a case where the white film is a film having therein voids formed through stretching of the film or a film having therein bubbles formed through foaming by use of a foaming agent, whereby a light-shielding sheet is provided which has a light weight, a high strength and a superior durability and which inhibits temperature increase caused by the heat resulting from sunlight absorption. The light-shielding sheet is employed suitably as a light-shielding material for agricultural use and horticultural use.Type: GrantFiled: August 26, 2002Date of Patent: September 4, 2007Assignee: Hagihara Industries Inc.Inventors: Yoshitaka Kunisada, Takaaki Miyake

Patent number: 6165243Abstract: The present invention provides an air filter that is excellent in anti-molding and anti-bacterial functions. The anti-mold and anti-bacteria air filter is formed from fabric knitted and woven with a warp and/or a weft made of filiform thermoplastic resin including the organic anti-molding agent and filiform thermoplastic resin including the inorganic anti-bacterial agent. It is also possible to form multi-woven fabric knitted and woven with a warp made of filiform thermoplastic resin including the organic anti-molding agent and the filiform thermoplastic resin including the inorganic anti-bacterial agent.Type: GrantFiled: June 21, 1999Date of Patent: December 26, 2000Assignee: Hagihara Industries Inc.Inventors: Ei Kawaguchi, Hideo Shiozawa

Patent number: 5116760Abstract: In a method and an apparatus for aerobic fermentation of biodegradable refuse to produce an odorless organic fertilizer, the apparatus includes an air blower and an air sucker each comprising a plurality of horizontal cross air pipes and pendant air line members arranged in horizontally spaced relation in a fermentation vessel. The two blowers are functionally reversible and connected to each other through a heat exchanger. Each of the blowers is provided with an automatic air flow/temperature control unit for automatic operation. The method and apparatus assure ease of discharge of the product of fermentation, increased efficiency of fermentation and conservation of time, labor and energy.Type: GrantFiled: June 24, 1990Date of Patent: May 26, 1992Assignees: Hagihara Industries, Inc., Yoshinori FujiiInventors: Toshikazu Tanaka, Yoshinori Fujii
