Patents Assigned to Hainbuch GmbH Spannende Technik
  • Patent number: 6966561
Abstract: Collet chucks (20) comprise at least two tensioning segments (21). Adjacent tensioning segments are connected to each other by way of elastic spacer elements (30). The tensioning segments (21) have back-cuts (22), whilst the spacer elements have correspondingly formed sections (36). A positive fit of the formed sections in the back-cuts of the tensioning segments (21) is thus possible.

  • Publication number: 20050151330
Abstract: Disclosed is a chuck (11) that can be provided with three clamping jaws (13) which are guided in a non-torsional manner within inclined guiding members running at an angle from the longitudinal central axis. Said clamping jaws (13) are fixed to guiding means (19a) that are guided within the inclined guiding members (16, 17). The guiding means (19a) are configured as hollow cylinders and are provided with a connecting bar (22a), one end (23a) of which is connected to the hollow cylinder (19a) while the other end (24a) thereof is connected to a chuck piston (29), both ends (23a, 24a) being fixed in a rigid manner. The connecting bar (22a) is deformable or bendable in a radial direction such that said connecting bar (22a) can transmit power in a compensating manner from the chuck piston (29) to the guiding means (19a) and the clamping jaws (13) also during a relative movement thereof in a radial direction.

  • Patent number: 6908086
Abstract: The chuck (10) is comprised of a chuck body (11) having an inner cone surface and a grip head (12) with a corresponding outer cone surface. The grip head (12) is subdivided into individual clamping jaws (21) by several seperating slots, said clamping jaws being connected to the grip head (12) by means of elastic connecting elements (22). Recesses (25) are provided on the inner cone surface of the chuck body (11) at least in the peripheral area of each seperating slot of the grip head (12), preferably also in the peripheral area of the apex line of each clamping jaw (21). Said recesses (25) have peripheral extension which is greater than that of the separating slots of the grip head (12) or the apex region of the clamping jaws (21). The axial extension of the recesses (25) is at least identical to the largest overlap area of both cone surfaces. The recesses (25) are filled with a filling body (27), made of an elastic, compressible material, up to the imaginary inner cone surface.

  • Patent number: 6742785
Abstract: The invention concerns a clamping device comprising a tensioning spindle whereof one end has a first axially fixed support surface and whereof the other end has a second axially mobile support surface and mobile relative to the first support surface through a clamping element. Between the two support surfaces on the tensioning spindle are one or several elastomer adapter sleeves.

  • Patent number: 6182977
Abstract: The clamping apparatus (10) has a clamping ring (13) of an elastomer, which has a U-shaped cross section. The clamping ring (13) is seated in a recess (15) in a holding device (12) having parallel side walls. The recess (50) can be connected via a connecting line (18) to a hydraulic or pneumatic pressure source. The outside of the web part (21) of the U-profile acts as a clamping surface (24). Embedded in the area of this clamping surface is a number of clamping elements (27) made of a material of higher strength, in which at least that envelope line which faces away from the clamping surface (24) is exposed. The clamping elements (27) have the same axial extent as the clamping ring (13). One of the side walls of the recess (15) is formed by a clamping part (31), which is part of a clamping device (36) and is guided axially displaceably on the holding device (12) and is sealed off with respect to the latter by means of a circumferential seal element (34).
