Abstract: A solid pellet fueled apparatus having a duel auger system and multi/high speed auger motor is disclosed. The duel auger may include first and second auger blades mounted on a single auger shaft having blade pitches configured to convey solid fuel in opposite directions towards a central burn pot. Each auger blade may service a separate solid fuel compartment provided in a single hopper. The auger motor may have a high-speed setting that may be selected for solid fuel clean out.

Abstract: A griddle having a grease management system and independent cooking zones is disclosed. The griddle may have a cooking surface back wall with an opening provided therein for grease removal. A grease drip flange may extend away from the cooking surface at a downward angle at or near the back wall opening. A removable grease receptacle having a pivotable handle, as well as a squeegee element, may be provided below the grease drip flange. The independent cooking zones may be provided by burner assemblies having front and rear burners that provide different levels of heat using a single dual gas control valve.

The dual tube chimney structure may be used to warm incoming air for distribution around the heater. The pellet heater may also include a dual auger system and multi/high speed auger motor. Abstract: A pellet fueled apparatus having a continuous spark ignition system and swing-away warming rack is disclosed. The apparatus may include a power supply controller configured to cause a spark generator to create a continuous spark in a gap space between two electrodes for a duration greater than 2 seconds and up to 20 minutes uninterrupted. The apparatus, when embodied as a grill may include a warming rack that swings away from an underlying cooking surface when the grill lid is opened.

Abstract: A portable baking oven has an upper portion and a lower portion that define a baking chamber are disclosed. A baking chamber opening may be defined entirely by the oven upper portion. The upper portion may pivot away from the lower portion to allow access to the interior of the oven for cleaning. The oven may include a gas-powered infrared bottom burner and a gas-powered curved back burner.
