The dust cap assembly is for closing a king pin (21) which has been hollowed out with a borehole (22) for automatic fifth-wheel coupling. A dust cap device (1) is arranged in contact with the underside (20) of the semi-trailer (2) and such that it can rotate about the king pin (21). In order to mount the dust cap device (11) such that it can rotate about the king pin (21), a circular ring-shaped bearing disc (25) having a circular bearing seat (26) is provided, which is secured coaxially to the king pin (21) on the underside (20) of the semi-trailer (2). The circular bearing seat (26) on the circular ring-shaped bearing disc (25) has a first sliding bearing edge (261) on the inner circular opening and a second sliding bearing edge (262) on the outer rim, in which the dust cap device (1) engages. Abstract: A fifth-wheel coupling for releasably coupling a fifth-wheel tractor (10) to a semitrailer (20). A kingpin on s semitrailer can be brought into engagement with a fifth-wheel plate on the fifth-wheel tractor. A first insertion coupling part is arranged on the fifth-wheel plate in such a way that it can be moved by means of a lifting device from a decoupled, retracted idle position into a protruding coupling position. A centering unit, e.g., conical centering pins, is provided on the lifting device which centers the relative position of the first insertion coupling part in the decoupled position. The centering is mounted floating against the force of springs on the fifth-wheel plate. The centering is released in the coupling position after the coupling process.

Abstract: A supporting leg for a vehicle that transports exchangeable containers comprises two telescopic tubes and a pneumatic drive for retracting and extending one of the tubes. Thread-type or annular bearing parts comprising a horizontal bearing surface are configured on the inner extendable tube. An engagement part with horizontal bearing surfaces, which interacts with the bearing parts, is located on the outer tube. The engagement part is pre-stressed in its displacement from the disengaged position to the engaged position in a spring-loaded manner and is fixed to the outer tube with a non-positive fit.

Abstract: The invention relates to a fifth wheel for the coupling of the tractor of an articulated truck with a truck trailer. The inventive fifth wheel comprises a wheel plate, a kingpin (20) with an inner bore and with an outer coupling or engaging surface (30) as well as with connections for linking electric and pneumatic supply lines between the tractor of an articulated truck and the truck trailer. The supply lines of the tractor of an articulated truck lead to a male connector (100) of a supply unit (10) and the supply lines from a female connector (200) in the interior of the kingpin (20) to the designated places on the truck trailer. The parts of the male connector (11-15) and the female connector (21-25) that pertain to the supply lines and that are interlinkable are configured as respective rotation-symmetrical bushes that are fit into each other in pairs. All bushes (11-15, 21-25) are aligned coaxially with respect to one another and with respect to the axis of the kingpin (20).
