A top edge of the wedge shaped front forms a V-shape and each side of the V-shape defines a substantially continuous curve as seen in frontal view. A necktie, such as a zippered necktie, is attached to the knot support. The necktie may be attached to a wearer's neck by a loop portion that forms a loop and has ends engageable by the knot support. The knot support is slidable relative to the loop portion to adjust a size of the loop.
