    Abstract: A chicken holder to hold a chicken while it is being cooked, the holder having a hollow bowl and a central upstanding member to pass into the interior of the chicken. The member is removable from the base for cleaning and washing, and in use the holder holds the chiekcn vertical with the legs of the chicken extending into the bowl.
