Patent number: 12196326Abstract: A pressure-regulating valve for a fluid medium that is at system pressure, e.g., for system pressures >1000 bar, has a valve housing with an inlet channel and at least one outlet channel. A valve seat arranged in the valve housing has a conical recess holding an axially mobile valve body with a lateral outer surface at least part of which is conical. The interaction of the valve body and valve seat regulate throughflow of medium from the inlet channel to the outlet channel. The valve seat, adjacent to the lateral outer surface of the valve body, includes a first pressure chamber from which there extends, in the direction of movement of the valve body, a throttle gap along the lateral outer surface of the valve body. The conical lateral outer surface of the valve body extends, in the direction of movement of the valve body, on either side of the pressure chamber through the conical recess of the valve seat.Type: GrantFiled: April 26, 2021Date of Patent: January 14, 2025Assignee: Hammelmann GmbHInventors: Fabian Stoffers, Malte Willems, Marc Grüter

Patent number: 12000490Abstract: A gap seal device includes a housing with a fluid-filled guiding chamber and a multi-part piston that is translationally and/or rotationally moveable in the guiding chamber. The piston separates a high-pressure region from a low-pressure region of the guiding chamber. The piston forms an annular gap having a nominal gap width with an inner wall delimiting the guiding chamber. The piston has a stepped rod, a sleeve, which is slipped over a stepped-down region of the rod and which has a blind hole, and a coupling. The stepped-down region of the rod or in a tube portion of the sleeve includes a stiffness change. A gap width of the annular gap that is reduced compared with the nominal gap width can be set in a region radial to the stiffness change by stress-caused expansion of an outside diameter of the tube portion of the sleeve in accordance with the set stressing force.Type: GrantFiled: July 22, 2021Date of Patent: June 4, 2024Assignee: Hammelmann GmbHInventor: Felix Hartmann

Patent number: 11484917Abstract: The invention relates to a device for cleaning the surface of a tool for shaping the surface of a large-area fiber composite material body using a highly pressurized cleaning liquid, having a nozzle support which is held on a central bearing in a rotatable manner, at least one jet nozzle which is held in an arm of the nozzle support and out of which the highly pressurized cleaning liquid exits during operation, and a control unit for controlling the cleaning liquid pressure to be applied, wherein the nozzle support is surrounded by a housing which is provided with an opening towards the tool surface to be cleaned. The housing is connected to a suction device by means of which a housing interior equipped with the nozzle support can be suctioned.Type: GrantFiled: September 5, 2017Date of Patent: November 1, 2022Assignees: HAMMELMANN GMBH, PURIMA GMBH & CO. Patent number: 11077453Abstract: The invention relates to a high-pressure rotor nozzle comprising a main body having a channel for supplying a highly pressurised fluid, a nozzle holder which can be rotationally driven for this purpose via a hydraulically generated torque, and which has at least one nozzle connected to the channel in a manner open for fluid and acting in accordance with an axial recoil, wherein a leakage chamber forming a hydraulic axial bearing during operation is provided between the main body and the nozzle holder that can be axially adjusted in relation to same in a recoil-dependent manner, with said leakage chamber being connected to a first gap seal between the main body and the nozzle holder guiding a leakage fluid, wherein the high-pressure rotor nozzle is designed in such a way that the leakage chamber transitions into at least one throttle gap circumferentially surrounding the nozzle holder in an axial sub-region and varying in the axial extension thereof according to the movement path of the nozzle holder, whereinType: GrantFiled: April 5, 2017Date of Patent: August 3, 2021Assignee: HAMMELMANN GMBHInventor: René Nölle
