Abstract: A pick for a stringed musical instrument is disclosed, the pick having a substantially triangular shape and a top edge and two side edges that converge toward a tip. The tip may be used for strumming or picking a stringed instrument. The projection extends from one of the two side edges and contains an enlarged head disposed on its distal end. The enlarged head may be used for tapping or hammering the strings of a musical instrument. In use, the pick may be grasped along the top edge for strumming or picking and it may be rotated approximately ninety degrees to place the head on the projection into contact with strings on the musical instrument while the user grasps the other side edge.
