Abstract: The invention relates to a method for combined use of various batteries, and belongs to the technical field of batteries. The method comprises the steps: setting a full-charge reference capacity of batteries; selecting the batteries meeting the capacity requirement selected from a battery set to form a new battery set, and then forming a set including various batteries; selecting battery modules to form a set; and adjusting the state of charge of the selected battery modules, and then connecting the battery modules in series for use. As a supplement to existing usage methods, the management method for combined use of various batteries can fulfill safe and reasonable series use of different types of batteries, and lithium ion batteries are used more effectively.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an isolating two-way constant-current maintenance system based on a power supply of shared equipment, comprising a power supply, an electronic switch K1, a current sensor, a main battery management system controller, and a plurality of secondary battery management system controllers; wherein the power supply is connected with the current sensor; the current sensor is respectively connected with the electronic switch K1 and the main battery management system controller; the electronic switch is respectively connected with the main battery management system controller and the secondary battery management system controllers; the main battery management system controller is respectively in a communication connection with the plurality of secondary battery management system controllers; and each one of the secondary battery management system controllers is connected with a battery pack.

Abstract: An improved maintenance method of a power battery pack is disclosed herein, comprising the following steps: (1) conducting analysis on battery pack; (2) data preprocessing; (3) conducting normalization processing of voltage data volavgi obtained in (2) and state of charge SOCi, state of health SOHi of single cells respectively; (4) calculating the charging and discharging levels of single cell that needs to maintain, and determining the battery sets that require charging and discharging maintenance. The maintenance method of power battery pack in the invention can perform analysis of various characteristic data of battery in a real-time manner and pick up the single cells that need charging and discharging maintenance during battery pack operation, and control the ratio of number of batteries that need charging maintenance to that needs discharging maintenance, to achieve bus balance.
