If the traffic that needs to be used by the data to be transmitted is larger than the traffic allocated to it, only part of the data is transmitted, and the remaining of the data will not be transmitted until traffic is allocated again.

With the embodiments of the present application, operations for the uneven planes improve the effect of the fusion of a video and a 3D model. There is no need to modify a 3D scene model, which reduces the labor cost and time cost of modifying the 3D scene model.
