Abstract: A method and apparatus for upgrading software in a front-end device connectable to a back-end device through a coaxial cable. The method includes receiving an instruction for a software upgrade, which is inserted into a horizontal blanking region of a video signal, from the back-end device through the coaxial cable, receiving, in sequence, data packets inserted into the horizontal blanking region, from the back-end device through the coaxial cable, the data packets including data for the software upgrade, and upgrading software in the front-end device based on the received data packets. Existing coaxial cables in a video surveillance system are used to transmit the data for the software upgrade, and during data transmission for the software upgrade the normal monitoring function of the video surveillance system is enabled.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for performing object recognition are provided. The method includes: by converting a first feature of a target object extracted using a first extraction model to a feature space of a second extraction model through a first feature conversion model, obtaining a second feature of the target object in the feature space; by matching the second feature of the target object with features of objects in a matching library, obtaining a target feature matched with the second feature of the target object; determining an object to which the target feature belongs as a matching object of the target object. Thus, the present disclosure can save time length of object recognition.

Abstract: The application provides a network camera, a video monitoring system and a method. The network camera comprises: an image sensor, a processor, a memory and a network communication interface; the processor is configured for matching a current image acquired by the image sensor with an image stored in a second storage unit of the memory, so as to obtain a similarity value representing a matching result, and storing an image satisfying a similarity condition in another storage unit of the network camera, reducing the difficulty of image comparison and improving the accuracy of the comparison result.

Abstract: Disclosed is a video camera, comprising a lens assembly, an upper shell assembly and a lower shell assembly. The upper shell assembly covers the lens assembly. The lens assembly is fixedly connected to the upper shell assembly, and both the lens assembly and the upper shell assembly are provided on the lower shell assembly so as to be rotatable in P-direction. The upper shell assembly is provided with a first protrusion, and the lower shell assembly is provided with a second protrusion, and the first protrusion and the second protrusion are press-fitted to each other so as to limit the rotation of the lens assembly in P-direction relative to the lower shell assembly. The rotation adjustment of the lens in P-direction can be realized by directly detaching the first protrusion from the second protrusion without removing the upper shell assembly from the lens assembly, which is convenient to operate.

Abstract: The embodiment of the present application provides a method, apparatus and application system for extracting a target feature. The method includes: acquiring target area video data captured by a panoramic camera; determining, by a target detection algorithm, a tracking target having a preset feature in the target area video data; allocating the tracking target to a detail camera, such that the detail camera tracks the tracking target and acquires close-up video data of the tracking target; extracting, from the close-up video data, attribute information of the tracking target. With the embodiment of the present application, attribute information of each target can be accurately extracted, improving the accuracy of extracting the attribute information of the target.

In the method, video frames that contain objects of predefined types are detected in pieces of video data to be displayed in a first display region. If such video frames are detected, the objects of the predefined types are extracted from the detected video frames. The extracted objects are then displayed in sub-regions of a second display region that is different from the first display region, with each object being displayed in one of the sub-regions. In this way, the objects that a user is interested in can be extracted from a video, and displayed in a way to be viewed with ease.

Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a dynamic white box-based data processing method, apparatus, and device, the method comprising: using a pre-generated key obfuscation mapping relationship set to perform obfuscation processing on an original key to obtain a redundant key; and inputting the redundant key and to-be-processed data into a white box algorithm library to implement encryption and decryption processing; thus, in the technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present application, different redundant keys can be inputted into the white box algorithm library, so that there is no need to change the white box algorithm library and the key together, increasing the flexibility of the solution.
