Abstract: The present invention relates to a parking barrier having an advertising function, and the present invention relates to a parking barrier in which vertical panels printed with an advertisement are arranged and provided so as to be supported by a cross bar, thereby having an advertising function. The parking barrier having an advertising function according to the present invention comprises; a driving unit; an upper cross bar provided so as to be rotatable by the driving unit, thereby controlling vehicles; and a plurality of vertical panels provided at the upper cross bar such that upper ends thereof are rotatable, thereby maintaining a vertical state by the weight thereof, wherein a rotating shaft and the revolving shaft so as to be engaged with each other such that the vertical panels revolve on the revolving shaft when the upper cross bar rotates so as to stand upright.
