Patents Assigned to Hardigg Industries
  • Patent number: 8850681
Abstract: A modular case and method of forming the same, the case preferably formed from a plurality of panels, edge members and corner pieces having ribs. The panels, edge members and corner pieces are preferably connected to align the ribs, forming substantially continuous ribs capable of distributing forces over a large area of the modular case. The case is most preferably made of plastic, the connections preferably being hot-plate welds. Most preferably, the panels and edge members have a dual skin construction with internal ribs, proving for greater strength and allowing for superior structural properties including air-/water-tight integrity. Edge members are preferably formed with protuberances to allow for better base-to-lid and case-to-case engagement. Hardware attachments to the modular case can be advantageously made while distributing the force on attachment points and without compromising structural integrity.

  • Patent number: 8678227
Abstract: A leg assembly for selective attachment to a portable support structure having a base and removable lid. The leg assembly includes a plurality of legs that are selectively attachable to both the base and lid. When attached, the legs extending from the base to the lid thereby supporting the lid. The legs are substantially parallel to one another. The assembly further includes at least one cross member extending between two of the legs to stabilize and prevent lateral movement of the legs. The cross member also abutingly contacts and supports the lid whereby the base and lid function as a support structure.

  • Patent number: 7762750
Abstract: A removable rack mount frame for securing goods within a container while permitting unfettered access to the goods includes forming an inner frame assembly and an outer frame assembly. Nesting the inner frame assembly within the outer frame assembly in a manner that permits the inner frame assembly to slide relative to the outer frame assembly. A biasing mechanism is provided to one of the inner frame assembly or the outer frame assembly so as to arrest the inner frame assembly in a predetermined orientation relative to the outer frame assembly. Selectively operating the biasing mechanism to permit the inner frame assembly to be moved from the predetermined orientation.
