    Abstract: A blow molded container is described and claimed herein modified to be suitable for improved handling during the use thereof. A container is provided with suitable structural ribs around the girth thereof and having a compression molded lifting tab across a portion of the top of the container. The top of the container surrounding the compression molded lifting tab is preferably provided with directional passageways into the tab area. Suitable bungs, logo plates, lifting grips and the like may also be provided if desired.
