  • Patent number: 9923307
Abstract: It is proposed to design a retaining frame (1) for retaining plug-in connector modules (40) in such a way that retaining means (41) of the plug-in connector modules (40) can be retained in recesses (11) of the retaining frame (1) in a play-free manner. To this end, the retaining frame (1) is designed in two pieces, wherein a slot (2/3) between the two retaining frame pieces (2/3) extends through the recesses (11). By under-sizing the recesses (11) in relation to the dimension of the retaining means (41) of plug-in connector modules (40), a press-fit of the retaining means (41) in the recesses (11) is effected by the assembly of the retaining frame parts (2, 3).

  • Patent number: 9912095
Abstract: The invention relates to an environmentally sealed plug-in connector housing formed from a base body (2) having a fastening flange (10) molded thereon. The fastening flange (10) is associated with a sealing element (20) that is compressed in a sealing manner between the fastening flange (10) and an assembly surface (3). In order to ensure the sealing of fastening bores (11) provided in the fastening flange (10), sealing sleeves (21) are molded onto the sealing element (20), which sealing sleeves extend into the fastening bores (11) and at least completely pass through the latter. A fastening screw inserted into a fastening bore (11) can in this way seal with its screw head the fastening bore (11) by means of the sealing sleeve (21) that is compressed by the screw head.

  • Publication number: 20160377659
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to reduce the manual assembly effort of current sensors, and to specify a configuration for a fastening element (1) by means of which a current sensor (2) can be fastened on a fastening surface (3) in both lying and standing positions with the lowest possible effort. The Listening element (1) according to the invention therefore proposes at least one, preferably two, snap-in locking devices and can thus be Listened (“clipped”) on to the current sensor with the lowest possible manual effort. For example, two fastening elements (1, 1?) according to the invention, with the snap-in locking devices on opposite sides, can be inserted into the same screw passages (23, 24) of the current sensor (2) and, in particular, lock each other in place using the snap-in locking devices in a screw hole (231, 241) belonging to the respective screw passage (23, 24) and thus are held on the current sensor (2).
