Patents Assigned to HASCO-Normalien Hasenclever & Co.
  • Patent number: 4708314
Abstract: A die for processing a pliable plastic moldable material, particularly a plastic resin, has a cylindrical circular cross sectioned passage provided in the die wall. A marking device for the die comprises a ring body held space-fixed in the cylindrical circular cross sectioned passage of the die and a cylindrical circular cross sectioned central body received rotatable, coaxial, and stepwise lockable in the ring body. Both the front surface of the central body and the ring shaped front surface of the ring body form part of the embossing surfaces of the die. The rotatable front surface of the central body carries an indicating mark, while the space-fixed ring shaped front surface of the ring body adjoining the rotatable front surface of the central body is provided with a number of other marks, which can give the date or dates.

  • Patent number: 4403810
Abstract: A tripartite mold has a control bar on a fist outer plate and a locking bar parallel thereto on a second outer plate, both of them traversing respective passages in a guide block on an intermediate plate when the mold is closed. A U-shaped detent, slidable transversely to the two bars in a channel of the guide block, straddles the locking bar with clearance and is urged by spring pressure against the control bar which, in the closed position, it contacts with one leg while its other leg engages in a notch on the locking bar so as to latch the intermediate plate to the second outer plate. When the outer plates are driven apart with initial entrainment of the intermediate plate by the second outer plate, a cam on the control bar represses the detent against its spring force and disengages the other leg thereof from the locking bar whereby further separation of the outer plates lets the intermediate plate stay put while the second outer plate moves away.

  • Patent number: 4274617
Abstract: A mold has at least two primary mold parts movable in a primary direction away from each other from a closed position defining a mold cavity to an open position, and at least one secondary mold part which may be a core pin or a stripper which is movable in the secondary direction transverse to the primary direction relative to at least one of the primary mold parts. An actuator has a primary rack extending parallel to the primary direction and a secondary rack extending parallel to the secondary direction and secured to the secondary mold part. These racks have respective primary and secondary rows of teeth having substantially parallel tooth flanks inclined to the respective directions, the primary row meshing with the secondary row.

  • Patent number: 4174939
Abstract: A latch for a mold having an inner mold part sandwiched between fixed and movable outer mold parts comprises a pair of bars each mounted on a respective one of outer mold parts and a locking pin mounted on the inner mold part but displaceable thereon in a direction perpendicular to the direction of motion of the mold parts during opening and closing. One of the bars is formed with a seat in which the pin is snugly engageable when the respective outer mold part is snugly engaged with the inner mold part, and the other outer mold part can only move against the inner mold part when this pin is seated in the recess as otherwise it blocks a control surface of the bar of the outer mold part. A bolt provided in the inner part is also slideable to block displacement of the other outer mold part toward the inner mold part until the one outer mold part is relatively closely juxtaposed with the inner mold part and a control surface of the respective bar cams the bolt out of the way of the other part.

  • Patent number: 4174199
Abstract: An injection mold has a pair of die plates upon which two mold parts are mounted and are mutually guided for relative movement. One of the mold parts comprises a pair of die jaws which are separable transversely to the direction of relative movement of the two mold parts with the jaws being guided on the respective die plate by guide assemblies disposed externally of the mold. Each guide assembly comprises a guide bar forming a groove in which a ridge of the jaws is slidable and which is affixed to a retaining bar so that the two parts abut one another in the plane of the junction of the mold part with its die plate. The retaining bar is fastened to the die plate and surfaces of the bars can be machined to compensate for wear.
