Patent number: 10894279Abstract: A descaling device having a device housing, a shaft, a shaft bearing, a nozzle head and a medium coupling, wherein the shaft bearing is arranged in the device housing and the shaft is mounted in the device housing by the shaft bearing for carrying out a rotary movement, wherein the shaft and the nozzle head are detachably connected to one another in a non-destructive manner, wherein the medium coupling has a medium connection for supply of a medium, wherein the shaft has a shaft cavity for conducting the medium supplied at the medium connection to the nozzle head. The descaling device has an improved maintainability and reliability due to the descaling device having a motor, and due to the motor being arranged on the shaft in the device housing between the nozzle head and the medium coupling in order to generate the rotary movement of the shaft.Type: GrantFiled: September 27, 2018Date of Patent: January 19, 2021Assignee: HAUHINCO MASCHINENFABRIK G. Patent number: 5131818Abstract: A high-pressure water pump of the reciprocating piston type has its metal ston reciprocatable in a cylinder bushing composed of PEEK base high-strength thermoplastic synthetic resin and constructed so as to define a cooling clearance between the piston and the cylinder designed to prevent the temperature of the bushing on continuous operation from rising above 100.degree. C. The piston shoe and the slide bearing for the eccentric shaft should also be a PEEK based resin which can have a filler of carbon fibers, PTFE, glass fibers and/or mineral.Type: GrantFiled: June 18, 1991Date of Patent: July 21, 1992Assignee: Hauhinco Maschinenfabrik G. Patent number: 4913628Abstract: The radial piston pump for pumping water, especially pure water, comprises pump housing, a central drive mechanism and a surrounding pump mechanism which has a plurality of piston-and-cylinder units radially oriented and distributed about its circumference. Inlet and outlet valves for individual cylinder chambers are located in the vicinity of the piston-and-cylinder units. The drive mechanism is located in a housing chamber which has an oil sump. The housing chamber is surrounded by a cooling device comprising a plurality of gaps and ducts for conducting water to the inlet valves which are provided with a suction intake fitting for admitting water.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 1988Date of Patent: April 3, 1990Assignee: Hauhinco Maschinenfabrik G. Patent number: 4629401Abstract: Radial piston pump, particularly for liquids, comprising at least one rad cylinder, at least one radial piston with associated piston head, at least one piston guide shoe, at least one eccentric element, and a device for attachment of the radial piston with the piston guide shoe or shoes. The piston heads contact with their bearing surfaces the bearing surfaces of the associated piston guide shoe or shoes, but the piston heads are not attached with the piston guide shoes at their bearing surfaces. On the side not contacting the piston head the piston guide shoe contacts the eccentric element. The piston head has an outer shoulder, which is grasped by the device for attaching the radial piston with the piston guide shoe or shoes. This device comprises a connecting sleeve associated with each individual radial piston, which embraces with an inner flange the outer shoulder of the associated piston head.Type: GrantFiled: June 28, 1985Date of Patent: December 16, 1986Assignee: Hauhinco Maschinenfabrik G.
