Abstract: A collaboration system can be configured to support a large number of active clients in a workspace where the workspace is distributed into diverse groups of objects. While participating in the workspace, a first active client can consolidate a plurality of objects into a group. Actions taken on this group maintain the proportions and relative positions of the objects within the group. These actions are distributed to a second active client in the workspace wherein the second active client applies these actions to their copies of the objects thereby synchronizing the viewports of the first and second active clients. Actions on a group of objects include resizing, moving, pinning, deleting, and duplicating the group as a whole.
Abstract: An improved worksurface for home and office furniture constructions. The improved worksurface generally includes a plurality of vertical openings disposed along at least a portion of the periphery of the worksurface, where the vertical openings are adapted to support removable and interchangeable accessories. The accessories can include shelving units, support stands, storage baskets, swivel arms, docking cradles, and display mounts, for example, each being positionable at multiple locations along the periphery of the worksurface. The vertical openings are optionally disposed within a recessed portion extending adjacent a rear edge of the worksurface. In use, a user can reposition the accessories as desired, providing enhanced flexibility and customization over existing constructions.

Abstract: The invention relates to a seat (1), in particular an office chair, comprising a seat support (3) for a seating surface (6) and comprising a backrest support (4) of a backrest (5), which is held on the seat support (3) so as to be able to move in a tiltable manner to the side, wherein the backrest support (4) comprises two support arms (4a, 4b) which are configured to be flexible and/or articulated laterally and spaced apart from one another. Preferably, the seating surface (6) and/or the backrest (5) comprises a curved seat shell and/or backrest shell (6a, 5a) provided with a cover (6b, 5b) with a number of flexible curved ribs (15, 16) on the edge of the shell, wherein the cover is stretched by the seat shell and/or backrest shell (6a, 5a) such that when the cover (6b, 5b) is loaded, the bending of the curved ribs (15, 16) is altered.
Abstract: A collaboration system can be configured to support a large number of active clients in a workspace where the workspace is distributed into disparate groups of objects. While participating in the workspace, a first active client can configure their viewport to follow the viewport of a second active client. This configuration synchronizes the first active client's viewport with the second active client's viewport, including a translation or a zoom of the second active client's viewport. The system can be configured so that the second active client is informed that it is being followed by the first active client.
Abstract: A collaboration system can be configured to support a large number of active clients in a workspace where the workspace is distributed into disparate groups of objects. While participating in the workspace, a first active client can display and search a list of location markers, and in response to selection of location markers, update their viewport to the location of a selected marker, without changing a zoom level. The system can be configured so that active clients are informed of creation and movement of location markers.
Abstract: The invention relates to an item of seating furniture (2), in particular an office chair, with a substantially curved supporting shell (14) which has two raised, curved, flexible curved arms (24) and a rigid central piece (16) arranged between said curved arms. Furthermore, the item of seating furniture (2) comprises a covering (30) which is clamped in the manner of a secant between the curved arms (24) of the supporting shell (14), wherein, when the covering (30) is loaded, at least one curved arm (24) is at least partially increasingly raised and/or is at least partially curved in the direction of the central piece (16).
Abstract: A video switch system providing a collaborative environment for one or more users to share information. In the current embodiment, the video switch system enables users to quickly connect to the system, present information, have a video conference, or have a multi-user wireless video session, or a combination thereof, in a collaborative manner.

Abstract: A system for whiteboard collaboration utilizes an array of displays for a whiteboard canvas. The displays in the array being coupled with a computer system having a communication module and memory storing collaboration data for at least one collaboration having a collaboration space. The array has a display area mapped to corresponding area in the collaboration space. The collaboration data includes data structures identifying displayable objects and associating a location in the collaboration space with the objects identified by the data structures. The computer system includes a display client for each display in the array. Each display client is configured to manage display of a predetermined portion of the display area, and for receiving and transmitting messages related to global collaboration events and for receiving and transmitting messages related to local array events.
Abstract: A computer system has access to a database storing collaboration data for at least one collaboration having a collaboration space. The collaboration data includes data structures identifying objects displayable by a display client on a display wall and associating locations in the collaboration space with the objects. The system includes logic configured to identify available display walls, each available wall having an identification code; logic to detect user input identifying a collaboration and an identification code for one of the free display walls; and logic to enable delivery of collaboration data for the identified collaboration to a display client for the identified display wall.
