    Abstract: A locking device comprises a pair of double pivoted jaw members which, in their closed position, define a pair of closely spaced parallel gripping apertures, and in their open position define transverse entry passages to the apertures, one of which is adapted to lock a bicycle air pump therein, and the other of which is adapted to lock to a bicycle frame.
