Abstract: Systems and methods for a patient authorized medical information storage and access system. One of the methods includes receiving information indicating a transaction is to be performed between two entities, the transaction indicating an event associated with transfer or receipt of medical information; accessing a patient master index to confirm that the two entities are authorized to transfer or receive the medical information; causing generation of a blockchain transaction between the two entities; updating the patient master index to reflect the transaction; and enabling access, by a receiving entity of the two entities, to the medical information.

One of the methods includes obtaining a plurality of agreements, the agreements including indications of data access rights to portions of medical data; determining, based on the agreements, data access rights for a plurality of patients, the data access rights constraining access to portions of medical associated with the patients, and the data access rights requiring authorization of one or more entities generating, for at least one patient, a data access table representing a graphical depiction of data access rights of the at least one patient; and causing presentation of the data access table.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed for mobile device network traffic modification and user identity based restrictions on data access. One of the methods includes a user device receiving a request to enter a restricted mode, the restricted mode enforcing compliance of rules associated with electronic personal health information (ePHI). A user interface presented on the user device is updated according to restricted mode. Functionality of the user device is constrained based on the restricted mode, with information generated during the restricted mode being encrypted on the user device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for data aggregated based on disparate local processing of requests. One of the methods includes receiving a request associated with analyzing medical data, the request specifying one or more constraints; accessing index information, and identifying one or more medical providers storing medical data responsive to the request; instructing, for each medical provider, compute systems controlled by the medical provider to perform the request; receiving, from the medical providers, results associated with the request, and aggregating the results; providing the aggregated results in response to the request.

One of the methods includes receiving a request to authorize a prescription for a patient, the request being from a medical professional and the request being received of a network. The request is determined to be approved based on information associated with the patient. Transaction information is generated that is associated with the prescription, the transaction information specifying that the patient is authorized to obtain an associated pharmaceutical, and the transaction information being included in a transaction record associated with the patient. Authorization information associated with the prescription is generated, the authorization information being provided to a user device of the patient, and the authorization information enabling confirmation by an outside system that the prescription is authorized.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed for trust based access to records via encrypted protocol communications with an authentication system. One of the methods includes maintaining, in one or more databases, health records associated with patients. Each health record including portions of medical information and each portion being separately trustable to one or more outside entities. The trust indicating that an outside entity can access a portion. A request from a user device of a patient is received, the request indicating access to a health record associated with the patient. Requests for information are presented on the user device, the requests indicating features of patients that are usable to identify a specific patient. The patient uniquely corresponding to a particular health record is determined, and user account information for the patient is generated, with the user account information used to identify portions of medical information associated with the particular health record.
