  • Patent number: 11065332
Abstract: Regional, tumor-targeted, cytotoxic therapy, such as D2C7-immunotoxin (D2C7-IT), not only specifically target and destroy tumor cells, but in the process initiate immune events that promote an in situ vaccine effect. The antitumor effects are amplified by immune checkpoint blockade which engenders a long-term systemic immune response that effectively eliminates all tumor cells.

  • Patent number: 11070940
Abstract: A mesh network includes a source node and non-source nodes. The source node generates geofenced message information defining a geofenced message for one or more non-source nodes within a geofence. The source node transmits the geofenced message information for reception by a non-source node within a communication range of the source node. The non-source node, responsive to receiving the geofenced message information, transmits the geofenced message information for reception by other non-source nodes within a communication range of the non-source node. Based on the location of the non-source node being within the geofence, the non-source node presents the geofenced message. Based on the location of the non-source node being within the geofence, the non-source node does not presents the geofenced message.

  • Patent number: 11065502
Abstract: A height adjustment mechanism for exercising apparatus includes a first frame body and a second frame body being slidable relative to the first frame body in an adjusting direction. The second frame body has a series of positioning holes. A pressing member is disposed at one side of the first frame body for tightening or loosening the second frame body. A slidable block is limitedly movable along the first frame body in the adjusting direction. A pin member is received in the slidable block and operable to be engaged in a selected one of the positioning holes so that movement of the second frame body causes movement of the slidable block within a limited range. When the slidable block moves toward bottom of the limited range, the pressing member is pulled inward by at least one connecting arm to a tightening position to clamp the second frame body.

  • Patent number: 11064339
Abstract: An emergency event detection and response system detects an occurrence of an event associated with a user and initiates an emergency response flow. A user may be associated with a wearable device and have in his home a base station and portable or stationary wireless devices containing sensors capable of detecting an emergency event. The emergency event may be detected based on voice or non-voice audio input from the user, data monitoring by the wearable device, base station, and/or portable or stationary wireless device, or by physical button press. Responsive to determining that an emergency event has occurred, the system triggers an emergency response flow by notifying a call center and contacting one or more caregivers associated with the user. Caregivers may access a response system application to receive updates regarding the detected emergency and to contact the user and/or a provider associated with the call center.
