Abstract: Cushions configured to relieve pressure on the piriformis muscle/sciatic nerve area and/or perineum pressure. In some embodiments, a cushion may comprise a first lobe and a second lobe connected by a bridge region to define a low-profile region. The width of the entire cushion may be limited to reduce or eliminate pressure on the hollow of the buttocks, the location of the sciatic nerve, and piriformis muscle. In some embodiments, the cushion may comprise a rear seat portion configured to support a user's buttocks during use and a front seat portion configured to support a user's legs. The front seat portion may have a greater width than the rear seat portion to further reduce or eliminate pressure on the perineum region.
