    Abstract: A cam-type wire connector includes a housing, a conductor, and a lever. The housing has a plurality of insertion holes; the conductor comprises a conductive member and a leaf spring, the leaf spring has a carrier plate and a wire clamping portion that is formed with a plurality of windows. Wherein an elastic member is formed with the wire clamping portion for blocking the window; the lever has an operating portion and a toggle portion for cooperating with the leaf spring, the operating portion is constructed with a cam to allow the lever to swing without a fixed axis. When the lever is changed from an initial position to an actuate position, the elastic member is moved away from the carrier plate and an insertion channel is formed for allowing the wire to enter the window. The insertion channel is located in the interval between the second positioning surface and the fixed surface.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrical conductor connector, comprises: an insulating body, a contact member and an actuation lever. A plurality of inserting openings are provided in the insulating body. The contact member comprises a busbar and a wire connection clamp. The actuation lever comprises an actuation portion for cooperating with the wire connection clamp and a flip portion, wherein the actuation portion is provided with a cam, a stop wall is provided inside the insulating body for contacting the cam. When the flip portion is flipped, the actuation lever swings and moves jointly through the contour of the cam and a contact surface of the stop wall, so a relative displacement is generated between the insulating body and the actuation lever. A contact point is generated between the surface of wire connection clamp and the actuation portion, and the position of the contact point will be changed continuously.

The conductor is located inside the housing and has a leaf spring, a conductive member and a push-back block, and the lever is provided with a push-back notch and an actuating cam, and the lever is movably assembled in the housing so that the lever may swing against the housing so that the leaf spring is squeezed by the lever for generating a deformation. When the lever swings to an actuate position, the touch surface of the cam that touch the conductor will be changed so that the lever can be moved in a straight line against the housing simultaneously. Therefore, the push-back block can be inserted into the inside of the push-back notch.

The cover has a plurality of inserting holes along the inserting direction and a receiving space. The conductor is assembled in the receiving space, and comprising a conductive portion contacts the wire and a plurality of elastic portions that are located in an extended position of inserting holes respectively. The shift levers are pivoted on the cover and swing between a first position which non-contact the elastic portion and a second position which presses the elastic portion. Wherein a first fixed device is formed in the first position for fixing the shift levers, and a second fixed device is formed in the second position for fixing the shift levers. So that the fixed function of the shift levers will be strengthened in the first and second position.

    Abstract: A push-in wire connector for electrically interconnecting multiple wires together is disclosed to have a guide and lock element, which is mated with a conduction and retention element and assembled inside the enclosing space of an enclosing element. Multiple wire insertion channels are provided inside the connector for receiving the insertion of wires. Each of the insertion channels includes a main port section led in by an insertion port for guiding the insertion of a stripped end of a wire. A wire engagement segment follows the main portion section formed by the surrounding of a conduction plate at the bottom, an insertion channel separation wall at one or both sides, and the resilient spring legs on the top. The wire engagement segment prevents the bending or deflection of the inserted wire end thereby ensuring secure and good electrical conduction between the inserted wires.
