Abstract: A toy launcher for launching a projectile, the toy launcher includes a housing having a launch opening, a launch mechanism provided within the housing, the launch mechanism including at least one flywheel configured to launch the projectile, a pusher mechanism configured to move the projectile into contact with the at least one flywheel, and a trigger mechanism that, when actuated, is configured to move the projectile with the pusher mechanism into contact with the at least one flywheel and configured to rotate the at least one flywheel to launch the projectile through the launch opening in the housing.

Abstract: A toy dart gun is provided including a gun shell, a trigger assembly, and a compression assembly. The trigger assembly includes a swing arm coupled to the gun shell and movable between a safe position and a fire position, and a swing arm pusher extending from the gun shell and having an inclined surface. The compression assembly includes a compression chamber positioned within the gun shell and having a barrel opening and an opposite holder opening, and a plunger slidably insertable through the holder opening and movable between a retracted position and an extended position. As the swing arm moves toward the fire position, the swing arm engages the plunger and pulls the plunger toward the extended position. When the swing arm is in the fire position, the swing arm pusher deflects the swing arm from engagement with the plunger and the plunger is biased toward the retracted position.

The projectile support platform may have a projectile launch key dimensioned to removably receive the end of the wing of the projectile and engage the trailing edge of the wing. The projectile launch key may also be being mechanically connected to the trigger and operate to rotate upon retraction of the trigger and thereby launch the projectile.

Abstract: An embodiment of a baton apparatus may include a grip having an inner ring and an outer ring. The inner ring may have a handle. The outer ring may be mounted concentric to the inner ring and be movable/slidable with respect to the inner ring. A ratchet assembly that is positioned on the grip may also be provided for driving the outer ring in a predetermined direction. In addition, at least two arms may be provided that are mounted to, and extend radially outward from, the outer ring. In operation, the ratchet may function to permit the outer ring to remain substantially stationary as the inner ring is rotated in a first direction, and then function to permit the inner ring to drive the outer ring as the inner ring is rotated in a second opposite direction.
