Patents Assigned to Hedson Technologies AB
  • Patent number: 9782787
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for providing a spray gun (1) in a washing space (2) in a spray gun washing device (3), said spray gun comprising a paint passage (7) with a paint inlet (8). The washing space (2) comprises at least one cleaning nozzle (4) and an attachment surface (10). The cleaning nozzle (4) communicates with a cleaning medium system (5). The attachment surface (10) in the washing space (2) is configured to receive a spray gun (1) with a spray gun holder (9) since the position of the spray gun in the washing space is variable depending on the position of a paint inlet (8) of the spray gun relative to the position of the cleaning nozzle (4) in the washing space. The invention also relates to a spray gun washing device (3) comprising said characterizing features for cleaning the spray gun (1) which during cleaning is provided in said spray gun holder (9).

  • Patent number: 6797123
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for a distiller adapted to distil solvents for recovery of pure solvent from impure solvent, the solvent (2) being used for washing away residues of paint from spray guns. The distiller (1) includes an outer container (5) with a boiling chamber (8) which at the top has an opening (9) which can be tightly closed by a cover (10) and a flexible inner container (13) is provided in the boiling chamber (8), the flexible inner container (13) containing impure solvent to be distilled. A pipe means (20) is placed beside the flexible inner container (13) in order to allow solvent steam (7a), which is generated by boiling solvent in a lower space (19) beneath the flexible inner container (13), to pass from the lower space (19) into an upper space (16) having an outlet (17) and located above the flexible inner container (13) for preventing the solvent steam (7a) from lifting the flexible inner container (13) in the boiling chamber (8).

  • Patent number: 6554009
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device at washing apparatus for washing objects, preferably spray guns, with a washing liquid, preferably a solvent. The washing apparatus (1, 2, 3 or 3A) has at least one wash chamber (5) in which the object (4) is located for washing and at least one first container (B1) for collecting impure washing liquid from the wash chamber (5). The washing apparatus (1, 2, 3 or 3A) further comprises a distilling device (8) for distillation of impure washing liquid and obtaining pure washing liquid. This distilling device (8) includes a third container (B3) in which impure washing liquid is vaporized. Means are provided to see to that the volume (V1) of impure washing liquid which at the most or as a maximum can be brought to flow from said first container (B1) to said third container (B3) is equal to or less than the volume (V3) for washing liquid in said third container (B3) in order to prevent said third container (B3) from located overfull (FIG. 1).
