    Abstract: A butterfly valve is disclosed, wherein a pair of rotating shafts for rotating a disk. One of the shafts is used to rotate the disk by 90 degree, the other is used to linearly displace the disk, thereby tightly depressing the disk on the valve seat to completely prevent the leak.
