Abstract: This invention relates to a new type of decorative design and the method of producing said design. The process includes making an illustration of a picture or photograph, scanning said illustration while deleting part of the illustration, silk screening said scanned illustration with ultra-ink onto a substrate, and then cutting said substrate into a chosen article. The resulting article has a large part of the substrate without any ink on it, so as to give the design a three-dimensional look.
Abstract: A process for automatically forming an edible product, in particular a bun-like shaped encrusted roll. A ball of sticky edible paste material is deposited onto an edible thin film such as starch-film, or the film is deposited onto the ball, and the ball with the film is deposited onto a sheet of flattened glutanous dough or the dough sheet is deposited on the ball and film. A skirt portion of the dough sheet is then gathered together underneath the ball so as to be enclosed the ball with the dough.
Abstract: A method of making up a bakery product filled with a ball of jam or similar material such as sweet bean paste or minced and cooked compound meat and greens paste. A sheet of wafer-film is stuck to a ball of the jam material. The ball and sheet are then merged with a dough skin such that a skirt portion is draped over the ball. The skirt is then puckered such that its margins are closed, whereby the ball and wafer-film stuck thereto are wrapped in the skin.
Abstract: An automatic make-up machine, in which bakery product, "ANPAN", similar to bun and its inside is filled a scaled lump or ball of jam (hereafter called "jam ball") or the like such as sweet bean paste or minced and cooked meat-green compound paste is produced by using an application of filling and encrusting method in the bakery technology.
Abstract: An improvement on a slicer of the type, for slicing foodstuff into slices of uniform size by causing one group of knife blades supported side by side on respective blade holders to be reciprocated within grooves defined between blade holders having the other group of knife blades supported side by side thereon, wherein all hook members are vertically mounted on the respective blade holders so as to be in the extension of each knife blade.
Abstract: A mixing machine is provided with a temperature regulating jacket surrounding the outer circumferential surface of a mixing tub, and with mixing vane members each composed of an upper portion being fixed to a vertical shaft, a lower portion being fixed to a vertical blade member, a center plate member to which are fixed the shaft and the lower end of the blade member and scraping vane members fixed to the outer circumferential portion of the center plate member. The mixing machine generates a large pulling and cutting force to produce a bread dough and the like in an extremely short period of time while the machine prevents degradation in the quality of dough due to the mechanically generated heat during the mixing operation by using the temperature regulating jacket for the mixing tub.
