Abstract: A system for facilitating interactions via digital representations using artificial intelligence is provided. The system generates and renders a digital representation associated with a provider that interacts with a user, such as via a user interface of a computer application. Information obtained via the interactions, along with sensor data, is provided to an artificial intelligence engine supporting the functionality of the digital representation to predict a medical complaint of the user, predict an assessment and/or diagnosis for the user, predict a treatment plan for treating the medical complaint and/or diagnosis, and generate a digital record for the user. If further review of the digital record is needed, the provider updates and finalizes the digital record. The artificial intelligence engine and supporting machine learning models are trained to enhance the digital representations, enhance future interactions with users using the digital representations, and enhance generation of digital records.
Abstract: A system for providing automated case management and reporting via artificial intelligence is provided. The system interacts with a user to obtain information from the user, which is then provided to an artificial intelligence engine to determine a medical complaint of the user. The artificial intelligence engine proceeds to automatically generate a digital record for the user that includes a predicted assessment and plan for treating the medical complaint. If standing order protocols exist, the digital records may be finalized and provided to the user, to a medical billing system, and to third parties for review and processing. Otherwise, the system may provide the digital record to a physician for further review to confirm the predictions and information associated with the digital record or to update the digital record. The digital record is then finalized and reported to the user, the medical billing system, and other third parties.
Abstract: A system for facilitating routing to a provider via artificial intelligence is provided. The system interacts with a user to obtain information from the user during an encounter. The information is provided to an artificial intelligence engine to determine a medical complaint of the user. The artificial intelligence engine proceeds to generate a list of providers matching criteria associated with the medical complaint, the information, or a combination thereof. Additional filters are applied to the list of providers to enhance correlation of the providers in the list for the individual. The artificial intelligence engine determines an optimal provider from the list based on the optimal provider having a greater correlation with the information, the medical complaint, or a combination thereof, than other providers in the list. The system presents the list of providers and digital links to enable selection of one or more providers to establish connections with the providers.
Abstract: A system for utilizing artificial intelligence for facilitating physician assessment is provided. The system interacts with a user to obtain information from the user, which is then provided to an artificial intelligence engine to predict an assessment and generate a digital record for the user including a plan for the user. The engine compares the predicted assessment to standing order protocols and provider standards protocols to determine if there is a match. If there is a match, instructions according to the protocols are executed. Otherwise, the system places the digital record containing the assessment in a worklist for further review to determine a workflow for the assessment. The workflow instructs the user to proceed directly to an emergency room, schedule a consultation with a provider, or to have the assessment reviewed by a provider. The digital record is updated and provided to the user, third parties, and billing systems.
