    Abstract: Minimally invasive slings for the treatment and prevention of female urinary stress incontinence and related disorders are provided. Such slings include those having a first mesh of synthetic, biocompatible, non-absorbable polymer which extends from one end portion to the other through the median portion and a second mesh of synthetic, biocompatible, non-absorbable polymer having average porosity lower than the average porosity of the first mesh.
