    Abstract: A polymer grouting method for constructing a vertical supporting system, includes following steps of: (1) structuring an integrated polymer water-blocking panel; (2) constructing a polymer coping of a polymer vertical supporting system; (3) constructing polymer anchors on the integrated polymer water-blocking panel; (4) processing constructing connection of the polymer anchors; and (5) excavating vertically by layer in turn, wherein step (3) and step (4) is repeated until a construction of the polymer vertical supporting system reaches a projected depth, and then the construction of the polymer vertical supporting system is completed. The polymer vertical supporting system constructed according to the present invention has advantages, such as convenience, lightness, high tenacity, economy, and lasting long. The slots of foundation pits, side slopes, municipal pipelines, etc. can be excavated vertically fast by adopting the present invention.

    Abstract: A polymer grouting method for constructing an ultra-thin anti-seepage wall meeting requirements of anti-seepage designs of dams, includes the following steps of: forming continuous slots on a body of the dam and the foundation which need seepage-proofing and reinforcing; and injecting two-component expansive polymer grouting materials to the slots through grouting pipes, a volume rapidly expands after the polymer grouting materials reacts and the slots are filled to form a polymer ultra-thin body, the polymer ultra-thin bodies which are adjacent are cemented together to form a continuous, uniform, and regular cementing ultra-thin polymer anti-seepage wall; this invention is different from the conventional anti-seepage wall technology whatever through the material, the mechanism or the construction methods, which has the advantages such as speediness, ultra-thinness, minimally invasive, lightness, high toughness, economy, and durability, applied in reinforcement projects of a number of the dams and dikes.

    Abstract: A polymer grouting method for constructing multi-wing pile, includes steps of: (1) arranging the positions of piles; (2) producing multi-wing drilling tool and locating holes; (3) installing grouting pipes; (4) polymer lifting grouting; (5) forming polymer multi-wing piles. According to the geologic characteristics, the three-wing drilling tool or the four-wing drilling tool are produced through pressing the drilling tool into each location of pile by a static pressure equipment to form the multi-wing holes, and injecting two-component expansive polymer materials to the holes, wherein the polymers expand and solidify after reacting for filling the holes and the gaps in the soil of slope to be fully integrated with the surrounding soil and form the polymer multi-wing piles.

    Abstract: A grouting method for anchoring with polymer is provided, wherein the method includes steps of: a) rod body processing; b) tying up a geotextile bag and grouting tubes on the anchoring rod body; c) hole drilling; d) polymer grouting: I. hole sealing grouting; II. anchoring grouting. The present invention has advantages of a sufficient adaptability, non-water reaction, convenient and fast construction, being economic, a high strength and a high durability. An expansive polymer material has an obvious compacting effect on soil, and is capable of increasing a friction force between a grout and a base; the water-proofing polymer material is an impermeable material for a steel rod body, and is of benefit to anti-corrosion and durability of the rod body; a solidifying time of the polymer material is short and no maintenance is needed in such a manner that construction periods are shortened.

    Abstract: A polymer grouting method for constructing gravel pile for reinforcing the soft and special soil foundation includes steps of: (1) pile-position-pore-forming; (2) installing a grouting pipe; (3) putting graded stones; (4) polymer lifting grouting; and (5) pile-forming. By pile-position-pore-forming, putting graded stones, polymer lifting grouting in the reinforcement site and other steps, the injected two-component expansive polymer material expands rapidly after a chemical reaction, and then is solidified with the graded stones for filling in the pile hole from below to above, the blast hole wall rock-soil is expansive compacted and fully integrating with the surrounding rock-soil, thus forming the polymer gravel pile. The present invention can rapidly reinforce the soft and special soil foundation, thereby providing an advanced, highly efficient, safe and practical method for reinforcing the soft and special soil foundation.
