Abstract: The present disclosure provides an OLED display device, a method for manufacturing the same, and an OLED display apparatus. The OLED device includes: a base substrate, an anode layer, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting material layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, a cathode layer and a packaging layer, wherein the hole injection layer, the hole transport layer, the electron transport layer and/or the electron injection layer are doped with a water-absorbing organic compound and an oxygen-absorbing organic compound.
