Abstract: This application discloses a dispersible extended release granule composition comprising: (i) one or more active bio-active ingredients; (ii) at least one water-soluble gel forming polymer; and (iii) at least one water-insoluble lipid material, wherein the bio-active ingredient and the water-soluble gel forming polymer are present in the form of dry, pre-granulated particles either partially or fully coated with the water insoluble lipid material.
