Abstract: A recording medium includes a protective layer and a porous ink receiving layer. The protective layer includes a first binder and a first set of polymeric beads. The first set of polymeric beads has an average volume-based particle size equal to or greater than ten microns. The protective layer has a coat weight equal to or less than three grams per square meter. The recording medium also includes a porous ink receiving layer including a first set of pigments and a second binder.

Abstract: New data points are added to a streaming window of data points and existing data points are removed from the window over time. Each data point has a value for each of one or more dimensions. Each time a given new data point is added to the window or a given existing data point is removed from the window, one or more outlier detection data structures are updated. Each outlier detection data structure encompasses the data points within the streaming window for a corresponding dimension. Abstract: Apparatus and methods related to memory resistors are provided. A feedback controller applies adjustment signals to a memristor. A non-volatile electrical resistance of the memristor is sensed by the feedback controller during the adjustment.
