Abstract: A method and system for creating an electronic record of traveled location and distance, the method comprising receiving user information at an application server from a client device through a communication network, transmitting, by the application server, a signal to enable navigational tracking of the client device to record location data, the location data including an origination address and a destination address, receiving, by the applications server, the location data at the application server from the client device through the communication network, determining, by the application server, the user arrived at the destination address and distance traveled based on the location data from the client device, populating, by the application server, a digital form with the location data, the distance traveled, and the user information, and transmitting the digital form from the application server to one or more receiving party devices.
