Abstract: A liquid crystal display device is constructed so as to be capable of avoiding the occurrence of an electrical short circuit between adjacent bumps of a driver IC. In the liquid crystal display device on which a driver IC is mounted with an anisotropic conductive film interposed therebetween, the width of a space between one of the bumps of the driver IC and another bump to which the one of the bumps is adjacent becomes larger toward the central side of the driver IC.
