Abstract: An end connector for use in forming a conduit in a poured concrete member is provided. The end connector is adapted to be secured to a wall of a concrete member pouring form, the end connector having a surface feature to achieve a substantially fluid tight seal upon receiving an end of a tube that extends between opposite walls of the pouring form to form a conduit in the poured structural member. The end connector has a geometry capable of nesting with at least one other end connector to minimize a container size required to transport the end connectors.

Abstract: A concrete beam connector sleeve has a tubular plastic body with a large dimensional end portion, a funnel portion joining the end portion, a rod guide portion joining the funnel portion, a bolting step joining the rod guide portion and a large dimension portion at the end of the sleeve away from the opposite end of the sleeve. The sleeve is cast in a cement column with the large dimension portion opening into a spandrel-supporting recess and the other large dimension portion opening into the opposite side of the column. A threaded rod mounted in a spandrel seated in the recess extends through the interior of the sleeve and past the bolting step. A nut threaded onto the end of the rod secure the spandrel in place on the column.
Abstract: A concrete beam conduit guide includes a hollow open ended prismatic body with a downwardly sloping roof, an upward sloping floor, sidewalls and seal flanges at the open ends of the body.
Abstract: A connection for joining upper and lower precast concrete panels includes a molded plastic tubular body having closed ends and recesses formed in the inside and outside of the body. The body is cast into the top of the lower panel with a sheet in place closing one end to prevent entry of water and debris into the interior of the body. When the panels are erected, the sheet is broken open exposing the interior of the body, the body is filled with grout and a structural rod extending down from the upper panel is lowered into the body as the upper panel is placed on the lower panel. Setting of the grout forms a strong connection between the two panels.
