Abstract: A track exercise device with at least first and second substantially parallel tracks, and first, second, third, and fourth movable platforms. The first and third movable platforms are movable on the first track, and the second and fourth movable platforms are movable on the second track. Transverse attachments selectively and respectively attach the first and second movable platforms together on the first and second tracks and the third and fourth movable platforms together on the first and second tracks. Longitudinal attachments selectively and respectively attach the first and third movable platforms together on the first track and the second and fourth movable platforms together on the second track. A tilting adjustment selectively provides for inclined or flat movement of the first, second, third, and fourth movable platforms.
