Abstract: A method comprises: providing a tiered software framework having an agency tier and a business tier, with different agencies subscribed at the agency tier, and different businesses subscribed at the business tier through the agencies; associating a first login credential with a business subscribed to an agency; displaying a plurality of child applications made available to the business by the agency; storing a selection of child applications and another selection features of each child application; associating a second login credential with a lead of the business; retrieving branding elements, the selection of child applications, and the selections of features; generating a lead portal displaying the branding elements and the selection of child applications having corresponding selection of features; sharing all available computing resources with the selection of child applications, and permitting access by the selection of child applications to only the lead data associated with the lead.

Abstract: An application for replicating marketing campaigns using snapshots in a tiered software framework is disclosed. A snapshot of the marketing campaign may be generated at a first account in a tiered software framework. An asset in the snapshot may be stored at a location identified by a signed uniform resource locator (URL). The signed URL may be associated with an asset identifier, and the location may refer to a folder in a bucket of a content delivery network. The asset may be replaced with the asset identifier in the snapshot. The snapshot may be encoded as a link and shared with a second account. The tiered software framework may comprise a plurality of tiers separated by data access policies, and the snapshot may be generated at the second tier for a marketing campaign to be executed at the first tier.

Abstract: An application for optimizing advertisements in a tiered software framework is disclosed. The application may receive a request to optimize an advertisement. The application may predict an engagement rate of the advertisement and encode in a latent space using a machine model, an embedding from the advertisement, the latent space comprising embeddings encoded from previously published advertisements having corresponding actual engagement rates. The application may identify clusters in the latent space. The application may iteratively derive an optimized embedding based on purposeful movements in the latent space towards selected ones of the clusters, the purposeful movements being based at least on respective distances of the selected clusters from a candidate embedding derived in a preceding iteration. The application may generate a final advertisement from the optimized embedding, and publish it suitably.

Abstract: A workflow builder includes a plurality of user interfaces (UIs) that allow a user to configure workflow-objects and build workflows therefrom. The plurality of UIs includes a first UI to configure workflow-objects and a second UI to build a workflow using the workflow-objects, the plurality of UIs being in a marketplace platform of a tiered software framework having a plurality of tiers with accounts in downstream tiers subscribed to different accounts in upstream tiers. Preconfigured workflow-objects are provided in the first UI as also an option to use custom scripts or preconfigured UI elements to configure the preconfigured workflow-objects into new workflow-objects. In the second UI, a layout comprising a visual mapping of interconnected workflow-objects is provided, along with a selection comprising the workflow-objects configured in the first UI. The configured workflow-objects and workflow are thereafter automatically pushed to a marketplace or to subscribed accounts.

Abstract: In a workflow visualizer, instructions are received from a first user interface in a first computing device to visualize an instance of a published workflow that at least partially competed execution. The instructions are received at a second computing device. An execution log library is searched for an execution log having a unique execution identifier of the executed instance. Responsive to finding the execution log, step identifiers of the individual steps are extracted from the execution log and stored in an array. A second user interface is initiated in the first computing device; and the instance of the workflow is automatically rendered in the second user interface as a color-coded graph highlighting an executed path of the instance against unexecuted nodes and edges of the workflow.

Abstract: A method for facilitating business prospecting in a tiered software framework includes generating a map in a first window of a user interface; responsive to a user selecting a portion of the map, searching external networks for prospects located in the selected portion of the map, collecting data about the prospects from third-party databases, and analyzing the collected data to generate analysis results; transforming the analysis results into a first report comprising an array of rows corresponding to the prospects; causing the prospects to be displayed with location indicators on the map; causing the first report to be displayed adjacent to the map, with the prospects displayed as selectable rows; responsive to the user selecting one of the prospects in the first report, transforming the analysis results associated with the selected prospect into a second report; and displaying the second report in a second window.

Abstract: Embodiments of a method automatic post creation in a community provisioned in a tier of a tiered software framework are disclosed. Abstract: Embodiments of a method for facilitating spam blocking in a tiered software framework include: providing instructions to a machine learning module (MLM) to generate a threshold for classifying spam in messages generated in a tiered software framework. The instructions include inputs comprising government regulations; carrier guidelines; feedback on previously sent messages; and previously flagged messages. The instructions specify that the threshold is to prevent false positives while allowing false negatives. The method further includes, receiving the threshold according to the instructions from the MLM; parsing a message; automatically performing a semantic search using natural language processing for regulated content in the parsed message by comparing semantics of text of the parsed message to the inputs to find matches; assigning a score to the message based on matches found; and responsive to the score being higher than the threshold, blocking sending the message from the tiered software framework.

The parent application comprises the tiered software framework having a first tier, a second tier and a third tier arranged according to hierarchical data access. The child applications are to use resources except data common across multiple tiers at a backend of the parent application. The child applications are to use data specific to the third tier.
