Abstract: A lead management and literature delivery system includes: a controller configured to: receive information identifying a user, the information received including electronic contact information; receive a selection of one or more electronic items to be provided to the identified user; electronically deliver the one or more selected electronic items to the user using the electronic contact information; assign a relationship between the identified user and a sales representative; and automatically notify the sales representative of the assigned relationship, information relating to the user identification and the electronic items delivered to the user.
