Patent number: 12158398Abstract: Device for detecting breakages in high-pressure processing bags, wherein an elongated electrode (1) partially extends through the inside of one of the plugs (5a, 5b) of the device in its proximal part and, in its distal part, extends into the bag (6) of the product to be processed, the electrode being electrically insulated by an insulator (2) along its entire length, except in the part that is located inside the bag (6) and which is in contact with the product, wherein the proximal part of the electrode (1), which extends out of the plug, is connected to a power source and a device for measuring the electrical current, the resistance or the capacitance of a circuit, wherein said device is electrically connected by closing the circuit between the electrode and the pressurization water if the bag breaks.Type: GrantFiled: November 26, 2019Date of Patent: December 3, 2024Assignee: HIPERBARIC, S.A.Inventors: Raul Lopez Ondevilla, Ciro Ruiz Roman, Santiago Tarrago Mingo, Andres Felipe Hernando Saiz, Francisco Javier Hernando Saiz

Patent number: 11608892Abstract: Plug for high-pressure processing machines with a bag, comprising a duct for the passage of a pressure-transmitting fluid to the bag, another duct for filling and emptying of a product to be pressurized and a valve. The plug is further provided with a rod for opening and closing the valve. Said rod is located in the duct for the product and has its own inner duct joined to a cleaning agent chamber for the passage of the cleaning agent through the product duct. The invention also relates to a machine incorporating said plug and a method for the processing of pumpable substances. Hygienic design and very high pressure sealing requirements are met by the invention.Type: GrantFiled: September 7, 2017Date of Patent: March 21, 2023Assignee: HIPERBARIC, S.A.Inventors: Raul Lopez Ondevilla, Ruben García Reizabal, Santiago Tarrago Mingo, Andres Felipe Hernando Saiz, Wouter Nicolaas Andries Burggraaf

Patent number: 11374763Abstract: It is proposed a technical solution to leverage the level of trust in scenarios with a high number of independent computing nodes from independent and heterogeneous DLT networks. This solution defines the technical modules required to implement a self-governed decentralized infrastructure that ensures that every participant node (computing node) in a DLT network connected to the proposed system (implementing the proposed method) can exploit additional validation and consensus policies in their transactions and smart contracts. Through the proposed mechanism they can enjoy an equivalent level of trust as if all the nodes from the connected networks were part of a single common DLT network. The proposed solution enables the implementation of dedicated validation policies to leverage the level of trust of any of the connected networks without the need of dedicated infrastructure.Type: GrantFiled: June 19, 2020Date of Patent: June 28, 2022Assignee: HIPERBARIC, S.A.Inventors: Alfonso De La Rocha Gómez-Arevalillo, José Luis Nuñez Díaz
