Abstract: The invention discloses a liquid crystal driving method and apparatus for black frame insertion of an image, and a liquid crystal display device. The method includes, in a black frame insertion period after the frame period ends, sending, by a timing controller, a row of black image data to a register of a source driver; and in the black frame insertion period, maintaining, by the register, the row of black image data being output until the black frame insertion period ends, so as to enable the row of black image data to refresh each row of liquid crystal cells. Accordingly, the complexity of driving processes and the data calculations in the black frame insertion are greatly reduced.

Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to a display device, a timing controller, and an image display method. When a frame of an input image signal including an odd-field signal and an even-field signal is received, a timing controller outputs a gate scanning clock (GCK) signal and an output enable (OE) signal in an interlaced scanning manner, to separately scan the odd-field image and the even-field image in the interlaced scanning manner in real time. The interlaced scanning manner is used for the interlaced signal, thereby saving a storage equipped in a converter.

  • Publication number: 20140189342
Abstract: A method for controlling an input device to be registered with an input handler instance includes: an input handler instance corresponding to a CPU frequency adjusting mode obtains device driver information of an input device upon detection of the input device; determines whether the device driver information is the same as one of sets of registration match information stored in the input handler instance; if so, then sends successful registration information to an input device instance corresponding to the input device to allow an input event to be reported; if the device drive information of the input device is not the same as any of the sets of registration match information, then sends failure registration information to the input device instance to disallow an input event to be reported; and the input device instance stores an identifier of the input handler instance upon reception of the successful registration information.
