Abstract: An air purification device includes an outer shell, an inner shell, a filter element, and an impeller. The outer shell has a first air outlet hole and a second air outlet hole arranged on opposite sides. The inner shell is disposed in the outer shell and includes a shell body and a volute. The shell body has a plurality of air inlet holes, and the filter element is arranged corresponding to the air inlet holes. One end of the volute communicates with the air inlet holes, and the other end communicates with the outer shell. The air inlet holes, the volute, and the first air outlet hole define a first air duct, and the air inlet holes, the volute, and the second air outlet hole define a second air duct. The impeller is rotatably connected to the shell body and is disposed in the volute.
