Abstract: A locking mechanism adapted for locking a bicycle fork has a locking sheath and an adjusting rod. The locking sheath is adapted to be positioned within the bicycle fork. The adjusting rod is adapted to slidably engage the locking sheath. The adjusting rod is adapted to rotate with respect to the locking sheath between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. A first interlocking element of the adjusting rod lockingly engages with a second interlocking element of the locking sheath in the locked configuration, and the first and second interlocking elements are disengaged from each other when the adjusting rod is rotated to the unlocked configuration.

Abstract: An exercise machine is disclosed including a base, a pair of pedals pivotally mounted to the base via a pair of pivot arms, a rotating block rotatably coupled to the base, a pair of connectors each connected between one of the pivot arms and the rotating block, and a friction belt positioned about, and in contact with, a circumference of the rotating block. Moving one of the pedals towards the base causes the rotating block to rotate and the other pedal to move away from the base.

Abstract: An electrically powered bicycle is disclosed including a rear fork assembly having a pair of structures extending from a frame, a wheel attached between the structures of the rear fork assembly, an electric motor mounted adjacent to the wheel, and a drive mechanism disposed between the electric motor and the wheel. The drive mechanism includes a first gear connected to a shaft of the electric motor and a second gear connected to the wheel. The first gear has a first set of teeth meshed with a second set of teeth of the second gear such that when the shaft of the electric motor turns, the second gear provides a rotating force to the wheel.

Abstract: An exercise machine has a swing structure mounted on a frame for both swinging and lateral movement. The frame has a top portion. A ring is pivotally connected to the top portion of the frame. The swing structure is rotatably coupled to the ring and adapted for engaging the feet of a user. A seat is attached to an upper surface of the swing structure.

Abstract: An exercise machine is disclosed including a base, a pair of pedals pivotally mounted to the base via a pair of pivot arms, a rotating block rotatably coupled to the base, a pair of connectors each connected between one of the pivot arms and the rotating block, and a friction belt positioned about, and in contact with, a circumference of the rotating block. Abstract: A pogo stick has an upper tubular member with a hand graspable means on an upper end and a foot engageable means on a lower end, and a lower slider member with a top end and a bottom end, the top end being shaped to telescopically engage the lower end of the upper tubular member, and the bottom end having a removable bumper having a co-molded rubber portion. The lower slider member slides between a retracted position and an extended position, and the upper tubular member includes a spring assembly for biasing the lower slider member towards the extended position. The pogo stick includes a spring assembly that includes springs of varying strengths which, in conjunction with a compression assembly that pre-compresses the spring assembly, enables the user to customize the desired spring characteristics. The hand graspable means includes a novel pair of laterally extending hand grips that can be attached to the upper tubular member with a clamping mechanism supported by an inner lip.

Abstract: A foldable scooter, that can be folded from an assembled configuration to a compact configuration, has a head tube attached to a front end, the head tube being shaped to rotatably accept a steering column attached to a yoke, the yoke rotatably mounting a front wheel. At least one strut is pivotally attached to the yoke. A handlebar stem, having a handlebar at an upper end and a cap receiving portion at a lower end, is attached to a mounting bracket that is slidably mounted upon at least one strut, enabling the handlebar stem to slide between a lowered position in which the cap receiving portion operatively engages the steering cap, and a raised position in which the cap receiving portion is lifted clear of the steering cap.
