  • Patent number: 5387442
Abstract: A method of coating heat sensitive materials with powder paint is described, which is based on repetitive heating cycles of paint coating by radiation example infrared, interspersed with cooling cycles, which there is a temperature difference between the paint coating and substrate such as to allow the filmation and subsequent curing of the paint without damaging the substrate.

  • Patent number: 5155155
Abstract: An oxidized polyethylene wax or other wax in the form of a salt with a metal selected from groups IB, IIB, IIA, IIIA, IIIB, VIB, VIIB and VIIIB of the Periodic Table of the Elements acts as a photoactivator in a polymer composition and degrades the latter. The quantity of the additive can vary from 0.1 to 2.0% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition. The additive can be added directly or, more suitably, via a masterbatch.
